EGWD is conducting Pilot testing for our new electronic billing.

Electronic Billing now available. Go to View and Pay Bill. Next, you can update your existing account with your current email address or register for a new account. Please remember to include a valid email address when registering for the first time.

To make paying your bill as easy as possible, there are four ways you can pay your water bill:

  • You can pay or view your bill online. Click Here to login.
  • You can pay by check and mail it in.
  • You can pay by phone. Call (916) 685-3556. (You'll get a real person who works in our office.)
  • Alternate to a monthly bill is the EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). we debit monthly (automatically) from your checking or savings account. Click here for the sign up form.
  • You can stop by and make a payment in person. Click Here for a map.
