NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF
THE FLORIN RESOURCE CONSERVATION DISTRICT
REGARDING THE PROPOSED ACCEPTANCE OF A
PUBLIC HEALTH GOAL REPORT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 20, 2017, the Board of Directors of the Florin Resource Conservation District will hold a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the proposed acceptance of a Public Health Goal Report. The California Health and Safety Code requires public water systems serving more than 10,000 service connections prepare a written report every three years that documents detections of any constituents in drinking water that exceed a Public Health Goal. A report entitled “2016 Report on Water Quality Relative to Public Health Goals” is available for public review at the District offices located at 9257 Elk Grove Boulevard, Elk Grove, CA 95624. The hearing will be held at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, at 9257 Elk Grove Boulevard, Elk Grove, CA 95624. Written comments may be filed with the District Manager at 9257 Elk Grove Boulevard, #A, Elk Grove, CA 95624, at any time prior to the conclusion of the public hearing. Those persons desiring to orally comment may do so during the hearing. Written comments should be addressed to the attention of the District Manager at the following address: 9257 Elk Grove Boulevard, #A, Elk Grove, CA 95624. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the Board may accept the Public Health Goal Report.
