There are two options to pay by phone:

- Call our free automated service, available 24/7. Have your account # ready and follow the prompts. 916-249-8944
Office hours: Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday (Closed Alternate Fridays): 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
We debit your bill monthly (automatically) from your checking or savings account on the due date of your bill.
Recurring Credit Card Payment
We will charge your credit card (automatically) on the due date of your bill. Sign up or log into your account today to enroll.
This may take up to one (1) billing cycle to take effect
Important information regarding Recurring Credit Card Payment; "your card will be charged on the due date shown on your water bill statement, or the next business day if the due date falls on a weekend, holiday or our closed Friday". Please make sure to pay your current balance, as it may take up to one billing cycle to capture your Recurring Credit Card Payment setup.
If you currently have an auto deduction from your checking account and wish to change to recurring credit card it will be necessary to contact [email protected] or call 916-685-3556 to have the auto deduction cancelled.
